After a quote request form has been submitted, agents can easily see within the AgencyZoom platform that a new lead was added and it was from their BrightFire website. Additionally, the agency will be notified via email and/or text message.
With this website integration, agents can save time managing their CRM. When paired with automated communication workflows within AgencyZoom—such as automated emails when a new lead is added to a pipeline in the CRM—this website integration can also help agencies respond to prospects faster.
Additional integrations and automations are also possible for users of several agency management systems.
