BrightFire is an agile technology company, with employees in all departments who are able to work remotely without interruption due to existing procedures and communication tools. We feel confident in our continued ability to serve your agency, regardless of our physical work locations.

Our website and digital marketing platform have several safeguards and automations in place ensure maximum availability and resilience. To deliver 99.9%+ uptime, we leverage multiple, geographically diverse data centers, as well as industry-leading cloud partners to deliver our service. 

At this time, we do not expect any disruption and/or connectivity issues due to the impact on businesses from COVID-19.
