BrightFire Adds Diversity & Inclusivity Content Track to Social Media Service

At BrightFire, we pride ourselves on being a company of diversity and inclusion and we want to give our customers the opportunity to share content that reflects their communities as well. That is why we are happy to announce that we have added an optional Diversity & Inclusivity content track to our Social Media Marketing service for insurance agencies.

Our Diversity and Inclusivity content will observe various heritage months that shine the light on the many cultures and rich history that make up our communities. Some examples include Black History Month, Women’s History Month, Asian American Pacific Islander Heritage Month, Celebrating Pride Month, Latino History Month, and Native American Heritage Month. 

Choose The Content Tracks That Work For You

With this update, you will be able to customize the social media content you receive based on the following content tracks:

  • General Safety, Preparedness, and Holidays
  • Personal Insurance
  • Business Insurance
  • Life Insurance
  • Health Insurance
  • Group Benefits
  • Medicare – Original Medicare, Medicare Supplement Insurance (Medigap), and Medicare Advantage
  • Diversity & Inclusivity

Upon enrollment in this service, you will receive all general posts by default. From there, you can select any of the additional content tracks listed above. This brings the total number of available social media posts to about 32 posts per month.
