Meet Gaby Obregon, our newest Customer Success Specialist! Gaby graduated from American University in 2022 with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration. As a Customer Success Specialist, Gaby’s main goal is to build strong relationships with customers, ensure satisfaction, and help them achieve their digital marketing goals. If you have questions or run into issues, she’s always happy to help!
Before joining BrightFire, Gaby was a Senior SEO Specialist for three years. She describes herself as an extroverted go-getter who loves making friends. Spending time with family and friends is always a top priority for Gaby, as she is happiest when surrounded by the people she loves. Always up for trying new things, Gaby once tried five different workouts in a year! She’s also a big fan of board games.

What is your go-to karaoke song?
Jueves by La Oreja de Van Gogh.
I’ve got a Spanish playlist with over 10 hours of music, which contains Spanish pop classics and a few underground songs. I think I could definitely hold my own on a karaoke stage with any of those songs.
If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go?
I’d probably visit all seven wonders of the world — both the new and the ancient ones, so 14 locations in total. Be ready for my postcards!
What do you usually do when you have time off?
I LOVE going to Pilates classes at this cute little studio called Tempo. Or, you can catch me binge-watching a good series too — I’m into documentaries, mockumentaries, reality shows, drama, and sitcoms. There was even a phase when I was really into police shows.
What’s your favorite movie, and why?
My go-to comfort movie is Just Go With It with Jennifer Aniston and Adam Sandler. I’ve seen it a bunch of times, and it never gets old.
What is your guilty food pleasure?
