Please take a moment to welcome one of our newest faces here at BrightFire, Jeff Tiedemann! Jeff joins our team from Michigan as a Software Engineer, creating and maintaining the security, performance, and accessibility of our custom-designed Insurance Agency Websites.
Jeff graduated from Western Michigan University in 1991 with a degree in economics and philosophy. Additionally, as a military brat, he has lived all over the United States and overseas.

What is your go-to karaoke song?
I’ve never actually participated in karaoke, but if I did, I’d probably sing something from the 80s.
If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go?
New Zealand
What do you usually do when you have time off?
I enjoy traveling, writing, reading, and spending time with family.
What’s your favorite movie, and why?
The Big Lebowski. I love films by the Coen brothers, and this is one of the funniest movies ever made.
What is your guilty food pleasure?
Ice cream
