What is your go-to karaoke song?
You can’t go wrong with “Every Breath You Take” by The Police or any Phil Collins hits like, “Another Day in Paradise” and “Strangers Like Me.”
If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go?
My dream destination is London, specifically to experience the thrill of a North London Derby at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. Beyond the sports excitement, exploring Spain and Italy for their rich culinary traditions is high on my list.
What do you usually do when you have time off?
On my days off, you’ll likely find me at the gym, as staying active is important to me. I also enjoy unwinding with movies and video games. Family time is essential, whether we’re trying new food spots or soaking up the sun at the beach.
What’s your favorite movie, and why?
The Shawshank Redemption is my all-time favorite. Watching it for the first time with my dad made it an unforgettable experience. The Greatest Showman and anything featuring Leonardo DiCaprio also deserve honorable mentions.
What is your guilty food pleasure?
I don’t believe in feeling guilty about enjoying food. My favorites span the globe: creamy fettuccini quattro formaggi from Italy, the rich flavors of Peru’s lomo saltado, and Spain’s crispy croquetas. On the sweet side, I can’t resist chocolate—Lindt, Cadbury, and Nutella are my go-to’s.
