Meet Zach Haber, BrightFire’s Manager of Customer Success! With a degree in Media Strategy from Texas Tech University, expertise in entrepreneurship and public relations, and strong experience in customer success management, Zach puts his experience to work by supporting our team of customer success experts who directly interact with our agency customers on a day-to-day basis.
BrightFire’s customer success team is a talented group of digital marketers who help our customers build and grow an optimized digital presence, from web design and SEO, to digital marketing strategy for an agency’s online reputation management, local listings management, pay-per-click advertising, and social media marketing.
Zach was born and raised in the Chicagoland area, but the majority of his adult life has been in Dallas, Texas. With a passion for traveling abroad, Zach has previously lived in Shanghai, China, and worked in Rotterdam, The Netherlands.

What is your go-to karaoke song?
“Hey Ya!” by Outkast. I bring the house down.
If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go?
Thailand, Japan, and Italy are all on the bucket list!
What do you usually do when you have time off?
Time off is definitely spent traveling as much as possible. I also love live music events and festivals. My wife and I always have a trip planned somewhere. 🙂
When I’m not at work, you can usually find me riding my bike (if it’s not too hot out) and discovering new biking paths in and around Dallas.
What’s your favorite movie, and why?
This is always such a hard question to answer! It’s a three-way tie between Goodfellas, Mrs. Doubtfire, and Catch Me If You Can. I know, I’m all over the place.
What is your guilty food pleasure?
I’m a sucker for a good cheeseburger. Especially with a fried egg on top!
